Membership

 

Monthly Fee 

$80 monthly / 10% yearly / 5% half yearly discounts applied. All monthly memberships include all classes - Seniors in Motion, Strength in Numbers, Restorative Stretch, Balance Fitness, Zumba, and Tune-Up Circuit Classes. 

Specialty Classes 

Yoga: $5 per class for Members, $20 per class for Non-Members, based upon availability.

Day Pass for Visitors 

$10 each day. $20 for 7 days.

Personal Training 

Our personal training program is a personalized fitness service designed to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through tailored exercise programs and one-on-one guidance. A certified personal trainer assesses your fitness level, creates a customized workout plan, and provides ongoing support, motivation, and education to ensure safe and effective progress. Whether your goals are weight loss, muscle gain, improved athletic performance, or overall fitness, personal training offers the expertise and accountability needed to maximize results and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Our personal trainers specialize in rehabilitation and geriatric fitness, offering customized exercise programs that address specific health concerns, improve mobility, enhance strength, and promote overall well-being for older adults.

  • 60 min: $50 per session
  • 30 min: $25 per session
