$80 per month
10% off yearly memberships. 5% off 6 month memberships.*
*6 month and 12 month memberships are paid in full upfront.
All monthly memberships include all weekly exercise classes and monthly pop-up classes.
Yoga: $5 per class for Members, $20 per class for Non-Members, based upon availability.
$10 for 1 day. $15 for 3 days. $25 for 7 days.
*3 and 7 day passes are continuous days.
$90 for 10 one day passes.
$170 for 20 one day passes.

Our personal trainers specialize in rehabilitation and geriatric fitness, offering customized exercise programs that address specific health concerns, improve mobility, enhance strength, and promote overall well-being for older adults.
