 Renew Active by UnitedHealthcare® is a fitness and wellness program designed to support both body and mind—helping you stay active, sharp, and socially engaged. Available at no extra cost through participating Medicare or Medicaid plans, eligible members can enjoy a complimentary fitness membership at PHCD Fitness Center.

 One Pass™ is a trusted fitness benefit program that supports overall well-being—mental, social, and physical. Available through participating Medicare and Medicaid plans at no extra cost, eligible One Pass™ members can enjoy a complimentary fitness membership at PHCD Fitness Center.

FitOn Health offers members access to a wide range of fitness options through participating Medicare plans. Eligible members receive credits—tokens provided by their health plan—that can be used toward gym memberships. These credits are fully covered as part of your Medicare benefits, with no added cost to you. This includes a complimentary fitness membership at PHCD Fitness Center.

 Wellhub (formerly Gympass) is an all-in-one wellness subscription service designed to support your overall well-being by providing access to a wide variety of fitness options. Through an annual Wellhub subscription, employers can offer this benefit to their employees, who then select from a range of plans for a fixed monthly fee.

To access benefits at PHCD Fitness Center, your employer must be partnered with Wellhub. Once enrolled, you’ll be able to take full advantage of the services and amenities at PHCD Fitness Center as part of your Wellhub membership.

Prime® Fitness is a wellness benefit available through select health plans and employer groups for individuals aged 18 and older. Depending on the provider, the benefit may be offered under different names such as Well onTarget®, Fitness Your Way®, or Walton Life Fitness Pass. Eligible members can enjoy a complimentary fitness membership at PHCD Fitness Center.
